Rhiannon is the Practice Manager at Sovereign ENT and oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice.
She works closely with the clinical and administration teams to ensure patients receive efficient, professional, and compassionate care throughout their ENT journey.
Rhiannon also assists with practice coordination, patient services, and supporting smooth communication between patients, specialists, and hospitals.

Our administration team assists with:
• Appointment scheduling and clinic waitlists
• Assistance with patient enquiries and pre-appointment information
• Referral coordination and specialist appointments
• Audiology testing and other clinical service bookings
• Coordination of diagnostic imaging and pathology requests
• Surgery bookings and post-operative follow-up appointments
• Support with hospital admission paperwork and consent documentation
• Liaison with private hospitals to help coordinate patient care
• Communication with referring GPs and allied health providers
• Management of patient records and medical correspondence
• Medicare claims and payment processing
• Guidance regarding surgery fees, MBS item numbers, and private health insurance
